We have high speed mechanical automated machines for spring washer. The production capacity of machine is 2lac nos. per machine for a shift. The machine operates by taking raw materials, typically metal strips or coils, and feeding them into the machine. The metal undergoes a series of precision operations, such as cutting, forming, and shaping, to produce the spring washers. 

We have high precise power press machines for sheet metal operation which have the working range of sheet thickness upto 3mm.

We have high precise hardness tester machine which is used to regulate the inward & outward quality of product.

We have inhouse toolroom for making tooling & dies. Which can be used for making tooling for different non standard size of product in less time. 

We have machines like Lathe machine, drill machine, surface grinder, tool grinder etc.
